Description
This is the alkaloid responsible for most of kratoms pain relieving effects. Mitragynine in the leaf turns into 7-hydroxymitragynine in the liver however only a small amount can converted which creates a ceiling effect. With 7-hydroxymitragynine there is no ceiling so it is perfect for breakthrough pain or when coming off opioids.
Please note there may seem to be different amounts of powder in each capsule, rest assured this is just starch. Each capsule has 10mg applied as a liquid and the starch stabilises it.
